It is testament to Woburn that all three courses the Dukes, the Duchess and the new Marquess are all in the top 100 Courses in the UK and Ireland. Each course offers you particularly splendid long holes where risk and reward are never far from your thoughts. The courses flow through heather, bracken and gorse with towering pine trees lining the fairways.

The Marquess although the youngest of the three has already been host venue to the 2001 and 2002 British Masters, European tour events. The Marquess course is not shrouded in as many pines as its more mature sisters, it tricks its way around ancient oak, beech, birch and plenty of firs.

Within two years of opening, the Duke’s course was fit to stage a tour event. Where the Duke’s finished the Duchess has taken on with a greater variety of golf shots asked for. However all three here are truly championship standard. The experience is further enhanced by the excellent facilities available.
