Arguably the finest established parkland course in the south of England. The course is not too long but it does demand accuracy as the dense forrest is constantly waiting to grab errant shots. The Par 3’s are particularly memorable where Harry Colt put a lot of thought into the design of both the greens and their protection. Beautiful use of these magnificent grounds leave a lasting impression.

The historic mansion club house as seen in the James Bond movie is very decadent and a luxurious retreat at the end of the day. Stoke Poges is one of three outstanding courses in Buckinghamshire, the others being Woburn and Burnham Beaches.
