The course is set in the shadow of the formidable Harlech Castle
and has been host to the men’s and women’s Home Internationals.
|
Harlech Castle to the south looms large in the
distance of this fine course giving a regal feel to the experience
while the imperious Snowdon and the other great mountains of Snowdonia
National Park create a magnificent backdrop to the north.
The
course is one of the worlds toughest Par 69’s where length
off the tee gives a distinct advantage however it consoles you
afterward as St. David’s has a reputation for being one
of Britain’s friendliest clubs it also helps to have a
fantastic bar. A great 18 and an even greater 19th need we say
more.
