County Louth Golf Club is a natural links course with towering sand dunes, slick greens and as good a championship links course as you will find anywhere. It is a hidden gem that merits more applause than it receives.

The links was laid out in 1938 with the traditional distinctive two loops of nine in the Muirfield style, with no two holes running in the same direction, taking advantage of the sea breeze that is ever present. Set out amongst 200 acres of one of the finest dune system, this championship links is a must when in the east of Ireland.
